Baseline terms for paid digital services and development work.
1. Subject
xlartas provides digital services, development, design, consulting, setup, maintenance and access to digital products within the scope agreed with the client or described on the website.
2. Order and payment
An order is considered agreed after scope, price and payment method are confirmed. Payment may be full, partial or milestone-based. Additional work is paid separately.
3. Delivery
Deadlines depend on the agreed scope, availability of materials, feedback and external services. If the client delays data or approvals, deadlines may shift.
4. Result transfer
The result is transferred through an agreed channel: repository, archive, link, server, document or another digital method. Acceptance follows agreed criteria.
5. Refunds and rights
Refunds are reviewed individually, taking into account completed work, expenses, technical limitations and legal requirements. Rights to the result are defined by the parties' agreement.
