10. Voluntary Donations and Credits System
The Website provides the opportunity to make voluntary donations in support of project development. As a token of gratitude for donations, the Developer awards internal currency — credits. Important provisions: • Donations are voluntary and gratuitous • Donations are not payment for goods, work, or services • Donations do not create contractual obligations between parties • Donations are non-refundable • Credits are a gratitude bonus, not consideration About credits: • Credits are not electronic money and cannot be exchanged for real currency • Credits may be used to access additional service features • Unused credits do not expire and remain in the user's balance • The number of awarded credits is determined by current conversion rates Available donation methods: • Bank cards and electronic payment systems — on all domains • Solana cryptocurrency (SOL) — exclusively on xlartas.com via Solana Pay Restrictions: Cryptocurrency donations are not available on the xlartas.ru domain in accordance with applicable legislation. The Developer is not liable for: • Transfer errors due to user fault • Payment system and blockchain network fees • Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations
11. Credits Usage and Pricing
Credits may be used to access AI features and other service capabilities. Access levels: • Basic (Low) — for simple tasks • Standard (Mid) — optimal balance of capabilities • Advanced (High) — maximum capabilities Credits consumption calculation: • Consumption is calculated in tokens — units of processed text • On average, 1 token ≈ 4 English characters or ≈ 1-2 Cyrillic characters Current pricing: Exact pricing values and conversion rates are displayed in the section below and may change. Pricing changes do not affect already awarded credits.
